So, sorry about not puttig up all the posts I promised.

Last weekend Jay and I hiked up Sir Arthur's Seat. It's basically a big rock formation/big hill in Edinburgh. It's the highest point and from the top you can see the whole city. It was a lot of fun. Up top it was incredibly windy. In fact all of Edinburgh is extremely windy. Apparently it's called the windy city of Europe.

Edinburgh has been great. I forget if I already posted my courses, but they are: Several Variable Calculus, Economics of Developing Countries, Economic Transformation of East Asia, and Italian I. All of the courses are with regular University students (ie, not visiting students only). Both of the econ courses are taught by the same professor. I have no classes on Friday. And every other Thursday I have off. Couldn't possibly ask for a nicer schedule.

We went and saw the new Guy Ritchie movie, Revolver, one night. It's not out in the states till December I think. Not very good. We also both joined the club lacrosse team which should be fun. A good way to meet a bunch of people. We've also been looking into a trip to the Highlands/Loch Ness which we definitely want to do and also into a football (soccer) game.

Tonight Jay and I are heading to Cork, Ireland. We have a friend from Swarthmore there who we are meeting. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm sure it will be a great time.
