I got my plane ticket yesterday from my recruiter and my visa arrived this afternoon. It's official, I am going to Korea on October 26. I can't believe it. I can't believe that I've been in Kansas City for almost two months. It's gone by way too fast. A few days ago, I kind of freaked out while I was talking to my parents. I guess it just hit me that I was really going to Korea...for a whole year! I started to pack yesterday and got really excited.
I got a new camera. It's pretty sweet.
My sister, Sharon, came to visit me last weekend. It was suppose to be a surprise, but I ruined it. It was good to see her. I don't think she knows this but I'm going to miss her a lot, a lot.
I'm leaving for California tomorrow, well today...for Amy's birthday. I haven't been there since I was three or four. I'm excited. I've got a three hour layover in Minneapolis. I get to see my friends. I get so excited I almost pee my pants. (If you're free from 1:45pm to 4:45pm on Friday, give me a call!)
Life's good. Kind of boring, but good.
I promise I'll have more entertaining stories next week.
