Well here we are. It has taken a day for me to rest up enough to write this and as I sit here now, I realize that this is may be my last Travel Blog post. How exciting.
The town here is very nice. Just how I remembered it. Looking around and at the people as we explore, I can't help but hear my grandmother's voice in my head "God love dem". I have a feeling the longer I stay here, the louder the voices will get.

We went by the house yesterday and today. It is in a great neighborhood. Stately old places and tree lined streets. Very nice, very quiet....so far. Annie wants to get rid of a bunch of spiders that have made the overhang of the covered porch their home. I am trying to convince her that a new shop vac would do the trick instead of nasty spray cans. I mean we wouldn't want all those deadly chemicals around with pets now, would we? Come to daddy new shop vac!

Home...
Looks great guys. Your house is so "quaint". As for the spiders...use chestnuts in corners of the house and porch...Really! I do and they stay away, and it is cheaper than a shop vac...however, I do think Greg may need a new toy to keep him occupied:)

So....you use the chestnuts as bait and when they are trying to get into them you sneak up with a hammer and kill them? I like it.

nice pix, very relaxing to look at
when there is nothing new to write about, then ... maybe ... you can think about stopping the blog. It's certainly a great way for us to partake in your journey, and it's awe inspiring to read. Way to go Andersons -- you look so happy --
