Woke up again this morning with a hangover and got down the beach to enjoy the sun. Got to the inernet cafe and the girls working there thought matt and i were a couple!! Had dinner at the open air cafes where we both ordered sea food rice. Without being over the top the only way we could describe what we ate was by saying one of the objects looked like an alien!! It took a few seconds to pluck up the courage to place it into our mouths but we done it!! A very proud moment considering i dont really like sea food apart from tinned tuna!! There was some squid and shrimp in there to but the alien made everything else quite easy to eat!! By the food market are a load of bars placed around a kickboxing ring. We had a few drinks there where matt fell in love with a lady boy!! He could not actually take his eyes of her which is a bit worrying but i am hoping its just a phase!! We were in bed by midnight because we were to tired to carry on!! I forgot to mention that yesterday when we went to see that live band we requested a song..........Stand By Me and it was awesome!! My favourite song of all time by far!!

The four of us rented a jeep this morning. We set of at 10.30am. They advised us where the petrol station was and to only use petrol stations that use proper tanks and not the cylinder ones. They warned us it was close to empty and to bring it back empty. This being said we drove out of their car park and headed of for an adventurous day!! About 100 meters down the road the jeep stopped and its a one way road so no cars can pass!! Yep...........we ran out of petrol within 30 seconds!! As the traffic was building up behind us matt spotted a group of australians walking past so he shouted a cry for help and they came running over and pushed us down the street out of the way!! After walking a failed attempt to get petrol from the closest station we walked back to the shop where we got the jeep from(which we should of done in the first place!!). They appologised and sent some one down with petrol!! Matt and i had to walk back to the jeep and on the way we heard a song being played in a cd stall across the road which made us laugh to the point where we had to go and ask which song it was!! It was Starship, Nothing is going to stop us now!! How awesome is that!!.........Well we found it funny anyway!!
Ok, so we started on our journey a bit delayed but in fun spirit. I was driving the jeep all day which i loved even though it was like driving a falling apart tank!! We headed off to Wat Khunaram which is the mummified monk. It was quite creepy to look at since it has not decomposed......oh yeah and my camera broke when i was taking a photo of it and taking the piss since it was wearing sun glasses(to hide the eyes!!). So it would be safe to say i was a bit scared and left!! My camera is still broke now so a bit gutted about that!! Felt the urge to get blessed after that incident so matt and i did my a monk!!
Went to the Namuang Waterfall where i had to drive up some dodgey, steep roads. I was loving it but the girls in the back and matt were a bit quite at points!! We had to walk for about 25mins up the mountain to get to only what i can describe as paradise!! There is no way you could do this in most countries due to the one reason that it was bloody dangerous!! An amazing experience nether the less!! at the top was a naturally stone pool inbetween two waterfalls and there was a small cave you could go in and feel the force of the water pounding against your body!! We found a guide as we were walking up luckily and he was showing us the paces in the pool where we could jump in from the rocks!! That was awesome as well!! Oh yeah, and on the way down we walked past a spider on its web which was the size of me hand!!!
Headed off to the Big Buddah which was a stunning sight. It was massive and only had one nipple??!! We had dinner there and the view was distant exotic islands surrounded by blue/green sea and endless amount of palm trees!! We read alot of the Buddhism teachings and they do make alot of sense!! Both matt and i were very impressed and will be returning to England in orange clothes!!!!
Went to a foam party where i managed to loose my vest but was a really good laugh!! I went to club fusion with two other girls i met to find matt and the others not realising what i was leading myself into!! Within two seconds of walking in i was getting sexualy harrased to the point i was feeling very awkward. The girls i met told me they were leaving because they were getting fed up with it! It sounds good to any bloke reading this but it was an experience i dont really want to go through again!! Im not turning gay its just difficult to put into words!! Matt was there and he understands!! All these Tai girls were buying me drinks though so it was a cheap night!! Matt was walking back hammered, fell over and has scrapes and bruises all over his body!!
As you can tell today was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since we didnt get back till 5am we got to the beach by 1.30pm where we had bbq chicken sitting on the sand talking to the locals. They were loving it and teaching us new tai words and giving us some dried shrimp(suprisingly tastey!!). Got back to our apartment where i had an eppic battle with a huge spider that was on our wall. I came out on top and the spider ended up in our bin!! Went to the open air food stalls again but avoided any alian looking objects!! Had a fantastic mixed fruit smoothie!!
Matt and I found a innocent looking bar with pool tables so we entered. After about an hour i mentioned to matt that i felt like the mood in the bar had changed and that i thought the girls working there were planning something. Within a second of me saying so two girls approached us and there attack had commenced!! The two of us being wise to their tactics now managed to handle the situation and left shortly afterwards!!
Went to see some tai kickboxing whick was great. The last fight had the best two fighters and it ended up one of them getting knocked out!!

Got the ferry this morning form the Big Buddah pier to head off to Ko Pha Ngan. We were sat behind three gay boys who took a fancy to us but we are modern men so can just take it on the chin!! Spent the 50min ferry trip dangling our feet of ther boat and having the spray refresh our hot feet. Stayed in the Same Same apartments which smelt of eggs! Got to the beach for about 2pm where the scenery looked like a painting!! Met Issi a law graduate, and his two friends Melaina and something else?!! Its a much more backpackery feel here. The pubs and restaurants show films all the time so matt and i watched 300 and then friends till 10pm!! A relaxing night!!
