So another country ticked off our list and we´re off to pastures new once more. This time though we know its for the last time!!
We´re certainly going to miss the fine cuisine of Argentina - it has actually turned me into a crazed blood thirsty steak eater - sorry to all the veggies out there!!! While we enjoyed this cheap country, we´re certainly looking forward to reaching warmer climates!!

Points to Note

Tea´s maid

Perhaps the strangest thing about Argentina is the tea they drink over here! Everywhere you go, you see locals carrying a flask filled with hot water with a matching bizarre goblet type cup. This cup is filled with tea leaves and topped up with water. In it goes a metal straw with a drainer at the bottom so the drinker does not take in any tea leaves. Literally everyone you see drinks this stuff and it really is not the nicest drink in the world!!

Well right now i can´t think of anything else weird and wonderful to tell you about Argentina so i´ll leave it at that for now!!

tea time
Obviously you have caused your bloggers to blank out here as you have no comments!! Well you know me, I'll reply whatever. Now about this tea - I take it you get no choice of blends or were you just unluky in the one you tasted? Don't bring any back if it is so dreadful. Well it's Sunday afternoon here and the area round here is on high alert for a week today (not sure if we are evacuating (remembering the smelly socks from way back) or celebrating (the band is on standby!). Just off to get a picture to refresh the memory of a certain someone who left these shores way way back in January................the kettle will be on the boil. Take care J
