well i'm officially an idiot. i forgot to put my passport and birth certificate back into my money belt. so of course on the metro some guy pushed me and his buddy reached in my pocket and grabbed them both. i chased them but of course they got away. now i don't exist so now i have to waste my day getting my passport replaced. UGH. i think i attract trouble. at least no money or plastic got taken - that would have been a real pain. i must be off to the embassy, had to print of my flight details so they could get me an emergency passport.
other than that, having a good time. haven't seen much in rome yet, as i was headed to the colosseum on the metro when the unfortunate happened. i'll have to catch up later on.

Oh My God! You have no luck...I would freak out! Do you exist again yet? scary! glad you're having a good time though...keep your hands on the emergency passport...wouldn't want to go through it again! I'm making Danny get a money belt now :P
