Arrived late on the 5th of December, we stayed with Sara and Keith in Stanley on Hong Kong Island. Thanks Sara and Keith!

We got up early the next day and got the bus to central, we got a lift to the 43rd floor in the Bank of Hong Kong which had a really nice view.

After this we thought it would be rude not to check out the shopping malls as we had heard that the shops were quite something! After an hour or so we stumbled upon them and yes it was shopping heaven!!! With no room in our backpacks whatsoever we decided to walk through a few looking straight ahead only!!

After feeling abit miffed that we could not shop we decided to go to "the peak" as there is a fantastic view of a smog covered Hong Kong, we thought it was mist but oh no it was pure pollution!

We finished off with a late lunch with Sara at the Peak then we got the Star ferry to Kowloon where we participated in a bottle of wine and a great view across Hong Kong harbour.

I then went to find where my mum used to live when she was a wee girl which was number 15 Cameron Road and here is the picture!!

We then went to a trendy bar called Aqua which was very plush and you could see the light show from the high rise buildings the other side, this happens at 8pm every night.

Then we headed back to Stanley, met Keith and had a lovely meal and some wine.
