Working at a zoo, I am occasionally embarrassed to ask questions like this. Given the opportunity to see some seized
pangolins at a small carnivore (and pangolin) rescue center in Cuc Phuong, however, I had to ask. Karen and Wendy were happy to oblige. Apparently we have some pangolin biofacts at the zoo, including some scales that were seized by customs.
When I have Internet access again, I'll fill you in on the ENV village program we experienced yesterday -- AMAZING! We're off to Cuc Phuong with Doug to see a turtle project, the pangolins and a variety of other interesting wildlife and conservation projects.
