Eco-tourism

Country images and eco-tourists

Hey everyone,

In my attempt to find a career in the travel industry, I am currently wiring my MSc Marketing dissertation for the University of Strathclyde on the theme of country image and travel context. I am largely looking at the difference which may exist between people's image of a country in relation to the context in which they travel to that destination. One of my chosen contexts is eco-tourism.

If you are interested in eco-tourism and wouldn't mind sparing 10-15 minutes of your time, then it would be a great help if you could complete my online questionnaire which majorly contributes towards the findings of my dissertation. I am looking for British residents aged between 18 and 65. Please also feel free to forward the questionnaire to any friends and family you think may be interested, as I need around 50 responses.

Please copy and paste the web link below into your browser and it will direct you to my questionnaire, made using Qualtrics, and a brief introduction is given prior to the first question so as to inform you of your anonymity and your right to withdraw from the questionnaire at any time.

The second travel context I am studying, which will be used as a comparison for eco-tourism, is gastronomy tourism. If you or anybody you know are interested in gastronomy tourism, then please feel free to complete my second questionnaire from the point of view of an gastronomy tourist. This can be found in another forum topic titled "Gastronomy Tourism".

Thank you in advance to anyone who is willing to help.
