I have decided to go on a working holiday around the world starting 2011. No plans, just visiting various countries, towns, cities, villages wherever i end up, all i know is that i am starting in Europe and looking for all the different cuisines from around the world, have a passion for food, want to join me?
Pretty much sums the concept up. Obviously spontaneity is key here lol, i am more free than the wind so to speak, but obviously i want to meet as may people as possible so if this may sound of interest please get in touch.

Reply to this Hi! I'm not sure about my 2011 plans yet but perhaps our paths will cross. I am moving from the States to Milan this year to study business focusing on the industry of fine foods and beverages, so I will be spending my extra time traveling around Europe visiting culinary points of interest. I've spent a lot of time traveling in Mexico and South America this year and have some good suggestions for places to go (or not to), especially when it comes to finding brewing traditions. I love local food and flavors but I am trying to focus on beer and cheese from more of a business perspective. Perhaps we can keep in touch and maybe meet up some day!
