Hi! I'm not sure about my 2011 plans yet but perhaps our paths will cross. I am moving from the States to Milan this year to study business focusing on the industry of fine foods and beverages, so I will be spending my extra time traveling around Europe visiting culinary points of interest. I've spent a lot of time traveling in Mexico and South America this year and have some good suggestions for places to go (or not to), especially when it comes to finding brewing traditions. I love local food and flavors but I am trying to focus on beer and cheese from more of a business perspective. Perhaps we can keep in touch and maybe meet up some day! You can email me through my profile.

Both of you above, and of-course Mell, you sound like food lovers and of-course you are travellers.

If by any chance destiny lands you in Kolkata, do not forget to check out if there is a meet going on there for travel blog firends, the starting theme is Food, may change at that time, but FOOD can always be made priority above all else.

Bye. Reply to this

No better priority than food, in my opinion. 😊
