I hope this isn't considered spam... I have seen a lot of people posting looking for 'budget' accomodations. I know they're hard to find because I've travelled the area extensively.
Our house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and eating/living area. We're having a washer and dryer installed in mid-March between occupancies.
