Car for sale - Mr Swanky Pants needs a new owner

Toyota Scepter (same as Toyota Camry, just the Japanese import version) for sale, in Wellington, New Zealand

We are looking for a new owner for our car - he is a 1993 Toyota Scepter, 2.2L petrol, automatic (it's darn hard to find a decent manual in NZ).

He's a station wagon with loads of room in the boot and plenty of leg room for passengers both in the front and back - we did a driving holiday for a month with my mum and dad and there was plenty of room for 4 people's luggage, a six man tent, an esky and all of us too! He has done 223,751km, just been serviced and given a brand new battery.

Has a 6 CD changer complete with remote control, mp3 converter, tape deck and radio.

It's listed on trademe if you would like to see photos and get more info or feel free to drop us a message via travelblog.

It's available now - we leave NZ in approx 5 weeks.

Hi Jo

Thanks for the tip - we actually do have a manual for the car (in English). I was meaning that we had found it difficult to find a decent car that had a manual gear box as opposed to an automatic gear box (in the UK automatics are quite uncommon) - I guess I worded it badly!

Would be great to catch up again one day,

No, actually now I've reread it, it makes sense the way you intended :-)
Good luck finding a buyer. Reply to this
