Dear reader

Who doesn’t love dessert? I’m looking forward to trying Uruguay’s popular cake and meringue based Postre Chaja



named after the Chaja bird. Guapo says he’s going to make some soon. I suspect Pavlova, popular in Australia, is in for some competition here!
