These are some pictures of my trip to Uruguay. I went with a group of my brother's friend's schoolmates but we picked up and dropped some people along the way. We started in Montevideo, then spent a few days in Punta Del Diablo, then went to Cabo Polonio, then back to Montevideo, then Colonia, then Carmelo.

that's the birimbao (capoera instrument) i won in a raffle i didn't even know i had entered. i played with the band for a little while.

i think this picture is...well...it's just a great picture

arm wrestling the bday boy
it was that guy's bday and he challenged me to an arm wrestle. epic battle resulting in a draw.

asado at the beach
we had an asado (bbq) at the beach of punta del diablo. we fed 30 people on a tiny grill using the embers as coals. stayed out there til 4am or so.
