We stayed with Miriam (Cari´s cousin) at the orphanage where she is working. The kids were fun to play with us! It was good to have time to relax and wash our clothes. We explored the city for awhile but there is not much to do in the city.

Hey all! We are leaving Kansas on February 3rd and flying to Buenos Aires. We are going to stay with a family friend of Cari's, Eunice and we don't know how long we will stay. As soon as we have had our share of tango, asadas, and smog, we will head to Montevideo, Uruguay. Montevideo is a cute town but not too interesting. There we will visit Miriam (Cari's cousin) and drink mate. Our goal is then to head up the coast and put some color on our pasty, North American bodies.
