Dear friends and family, With this entry, we will close part 1 of our 1 year trip. So it is a kind of special entry. Peru i big and has so much to offer. We could have chosen to divide it into several smaller entries, but ended up putting it all together in a mega entry, there are 200 photos! Enjoy... This is a pre-Inca pyramid of adobe bricks. It was one of the most important administrative and ceremonial centers of the Lima culture, settled in the areas of the Chancay, Chillón, Rimac, and Lurín valleys from 200 A.D. – 700 A.D.

Most of the modern building of the area are build on the ruins who extended for beyond the current ruins site.
