Hi Everyone!
Hope all is well back home. Joel and I just got back from the Jungle where is was stiffling hot! But there was a pool there so we didn´t mind. We went for a long walk through the Amazon and got to feed spider monkeys. We also saw 4 - 5 tarantulas! They were big and hairy!
We also had a tapir, a big ugly jungle pig, walk into the bar area at the lodge. Our last adventure was going piranah fishing...none of us caught anything but Joel caught a cat fish!!!

After 2 nights in the Jungle we woke up and spent the day travelling to Punu, next to Lake Titicaca. This morning we are taking a boat to an island where we will be introduced to our new family who will host us for the night. We bought them flour, rice, sugar, oil, and toothpaste in exchange for their hospitality. Tonight they will be dresssing us up in Traditional peruvian attire and taking us to the local dance hall! Woo Woo!

XOXO Cour
