Still in a holding pattern!

We are still in Puno. Yesteday, I went to the pharmacy again, hoping to get some medicine that would help Macayla. Thankfully, we ran into a guy there that was able to translate. The pharmacist gave me something with amoxicillan in it. Macayla has been taking that but unsure if it is helping. She felt better this morning, but when we went out for a bite to eat, she was exhausted after walking very briefly. She felt weak and dizzy. This will be the third day that we are pretty much staying in from doing much of anything. I am a bit concerned that she is not bouncing back as quickly as I thought. Hopefully we can get to the islands tomorrow. We have been in Puno for a long time; almost a week. I am going stir-crazy.
