Cusco is a gorgeous city with narrow cobbled streets, a stunning main square, endless parades and festivals, great food etc etc.... But of course the main thing is Machu Picchu so after speaking to a few agencies we settled on the 5 day/4 night Salkantay trek - apparently harder than the 4 day/3night Inca trail. Those words ring a bell! i.e little voices from the back of the car? Really enjoyed blog, also "Getting high in Bolivia". Brilliant pictures once again. Will miss these blogs, not to mention the geography lessons!Lots of love and looking forward to the next one! xxx
