Welcome to the jungle. Traveled to the Amazon basin of Peru where I not only found myself surrounded by the most compassionate and warmhearted people but in the midst of the most striking landscapes and surroundings. Wrapped in a warm blanket of humidity, I experienced a week of silence, contemplation and utter peace in a land only comparable to paradise itself.
