2 Quito around town

Hola! I spent a few days in Quito getting acclimated, collecting some materials for classes, meeting the local Walsh Ecuador team, and learning more about Ecuadorian watershed/water systems/ecology with local Permaculturista Jean Brown, some history/art/music.

Highlights include:

* Beautiful city, very walkable (getting in shape for Malingua)

* Fascinating architecture, layer upon layer upon Inca upon predecessors

* Art, culture, and music everywhere (more later)

Also making good progress on *Biology of Soil* which is on my Sabbatical bucket list.
