Going to Galapagos...

After looking foward to this trip for so long we were finally off to the Galapagos Islands. The flight from Quito was about 3 hours and the first half hour is over the Andes so it's spectacular. He's the only one left of his race and there's a big reward for anyone who can find him a female mate.. but he spends the last hundred or so years of his life in the Charles Darwin Research centre, a really sad place after seeing the happy turtles wandering about in the wild.
