Well....well.....she WAS dormant.....

but guess what?!?! She woke up!! Nicole and I had a pretty low key today and spent a few hours in the late afternoon at a friend{s house watching some jamming. It was a fun time with some fabulous local guitar players. We left around 6pm with the intentions of finding some supper and were completely stoked to see a lava cloud in the sky!! She had become active once again! We immediately ran to the hostel to fetch some warmer clothes and the cameras and then set out to the bridge as the sun was dropping. After about 1 hour we were rewarded for our efforts!! The clouds parted and wow!!! We saw exploding lava!!! I am sooo beyond thrilled! No pics cuz it would have been difficult to capture but that is ok.....it is a sight I will never forget! What an incredible sight! We are now about to go eat supper but will return to the bridge afterwards to check it out some more. Maybe we will see some more action! Woo!!
