Worst day of travelling EVER between chile to Peru

Woke up in the middle of the night with the d&v bug-was awful but hoped it would be over by the time we had to make our long trip to lima! Unfortunately not!we got a carriage down the hill we had stayed on in valparaiso and then the cable bus to the station! The bus to Santiago cost £3 each so was a bargain! Unfortunately was sick on the bus and in a bin outside the bus station-not my finest moment! We then got another bus to the airport and got checked in to our flight! The worst moment of my day was projectile vomiting in duty free in front of a lot of people!the flight was delayed by 2 hrs as there was a massive power cut in santiago so got into lima a bit later than planned! A driver from the hostel picked us up though so it wasn't too much hassle to get to the hostel! There was a massive supermarket beside our hostel so Ryan got chicken and chips for dinner from it and I bread and water! Worst day I've ever had travelling but glad to get to lima in one piece!
