Tiniest Urinal EverTiniest Urinal EverTiniest Urinal Ever

Tough to tell in the photo, but this sucker is only 8" x 6" (don't ask how I know). But it works!
Hey all!

Just a quick blog because I'm stuck in Pto. Natales for another day before my quick two-day trek to Lago Zapata in Torres del Paine National Park starts. Seems that all the kayak trips for today were booked up when I tried to book yesterday, which, looking at the weather is fine with me. Does mean I'm a little at loose ends - turns out there's not a lot to do in Pto. Natales in a cold, windy and rainy day. (The tiny Museo Historico can eat up about and hour, if you really stretch it).

Did discover two neat things - the tinest urinal ever, and the biggest bathroom sink as well. I don't know what it is about Patagonia, but everthing's in extremes here. Swear to god, you couldn't fit an apple into the urinal (of course, why would you want to, you ask? It's all about the size comparisons people - hang in there with me) and a small family from Easter Island could fit in the sink.

Anyways, I said I was a little bored.

Anyone who ever comes to Pto. Natales and wants a luxury break, I can recommend the

Again, tough to see but this is the wide-angle shot. The basin's at least two feet wide. Of course, it's only 1" deep so kind of useless, but man, it looks good ...
Concepto Indigo on the waterfront. Not too expensive, as hotels go, but wow, what luxury. Comes with a spa (massages extra but the jacuzzis are free), turn down service (which hot water bottles) and a very funky Swedish-Zen-Patagonian design ethic.

Ta for now!

big hands, good aim?
hmmm, you've lowered your interests down to my standards. ;-p either that or it sounds like they need good cable tv. nice looking sink, indeed. the tap is neat loking, as well. any shots of the cabinet hardware? wood counter is a nice touch. don't tell my wife we ever had this conversation. won't say anything about the massages - you can only be massaged so many times in a day....

Size issues
But does the urinal really need to be any bigger? It should be fine unless one has: a) really bad aim b) inner ear disorder c) consumed several bottles of Chilean wine. m.
