After a good breakfast in mango mango, the helpful owner also manages to get us tickets to watch the local derby on our last night; Fluminez v Botafogo. Boys excited cause Seedorf just signed and this is his first game. We taxi to bus station and at bang on 11.45am we board the most luxurious bus we have ever been on, and I really mean that; recliners air con, naked Brazillian ladies (if only). Anyway great 2hr 45 trip to Angas de Reis where we hop on the catamaran for 45 min speed sail to the island of Ilha Grande. En route we chat to two 22yr old girls from Sheffield on a 5 month south American tour who remind us that Andy Murray is playing in Wimbledon final tomorrow so I must hunt down a bar showing. It will start at 10am brazil time. Transport in brazil is like clockwork, so far everything been bang on time and no problems. Boys not moaned once about travelling. Thank the lord for iPhones and iPads. This island has no roads and no cars! We get off he boat and walk 150yds along the dirt track to our pousada for the next 3 days and first impressions are top notch. After sundown (6.30) we wander our little town and quite frankly it's a beautiful wee place with loads of bars and restaurants. Whilst wandering, boys stuff faces with chicken kebabs, chocolate crepes and local cakes. Just kebabs for us plus few drinks. We will enjoy this place. Pity only 3 nights. No bars showing tennis tomorrow. Damn it. Check out internet cafe also but no live streaming available either. What will tomorrow bring...
