SA Cruise: Day 6

Another full day at sea as we head south down the coast of South America. And the truth is that we did pretty much nothing all day long, unless you count lounging by the pool and reading. True, we did watch some information sessions on upcoming places on the itinerary and on the various birds and marine animals we might encounter. But that's about it.

After dinner, we go to the evening concert by some "famous" Italian tenor, but leave quickly when it becomes clear that he is going to sing a little flat the entire time. Instead, we hang around the piano bar all evening. The piano man on this ship is fantastic: a great piano player and singer with a winning personality and the ability to instantly play anything he is asked, whether it's Lady in Red or Beethoven. I'm jealous, actually. Maybe I'll challenge him to do Tommy in its entirety.
