I had decided to make a penguine trip on my last full day at Ushuaia. Harberton ranch suited me because there you was able to walk among the birds instead of watching them from a boat. I was a little bit nervous because my laundry that was supposed to be ready yesterday did not come until 11today and the trip started at 2:30 and lasted for 6 hours. Extra clothes was needed because you never know about the weather here. Everything turned out ok, the weather was fine and the birds were hilarious. Actually there were 3 species of penguins, even a king penguine that had arrived yesterday from the antarctic. Its 10 oclock now, the sun is setting and I am ready to go to bed. Tomorrow I will start heading to Lima in order to start the organised second part of my journey. Hyvaa yota, Ushuaia vaikenee.

Travel goes on
Just great to read about your trip, looks like you are getting fitter and fitter with all these trecks. I just had a friend coming from one year off, sailing in the Caribean, he came back to work for 2 months and decided that was it, resigned and now goes again with his family onboard. May be you'll find new opportunities in South America, and get your family down there. Who knows. If you can skip the Finnish in your comments, it helps the poor foreigners. Kind regards from the man preparing the reports for the sales meeting (I have to remind you that nasty things do also exist....) Christian

Hi Christian
Yes there is a lot to see in the world and you do not know me when I return - do you need size 34 pants? I will try to skip the finnish comments - vaikka vaikeata se kylla on ;)
