greetings from senorita raquel 😊

we are tired, sweaty, and burnt from all the travelling, hot sun, and walking with 40 pounds of gear through the streets of Argentina. I´m still adjusting to everything around me, I´m not sure if I will ever get adjusted as I am continously experiencing something new and different. It makes the trip all the more wild and crazy...

just a few things to add to becky´s entry....

in yapayu we met an incredible artist who showed us the abandoned riverbanks of rio uruguay. through the dirt, roots, and old trees, we sifted through old remnants of the Guarani culture.....pots, plates, cups. To touch a 500 year culture that has been abandoned and forgotten in so many ways was an incredible and thrilling thing, with the fresh new soil caked on its surface, and the sun shining on it for the first time in who knows how long. my curiosity went for a great ride that day 😊

and tomorrow we will venture off to experience one of the greatest masterpieces of mothernature 😊 Igauzu Falls!!!

Gratitude 😊

Peace-Raquel
