Finally covid restrictions have eased. I'm taking six weeks to bop around Europe in May and June 2022. Past -I have a year to travel starting this summer of 2008. I will start in the United Kingdom, then cross to Ireland. Then I plan to go to Poland and Ukraine. Depending upon the political climate, I may venture into Turkey. Colonial vs Independence

The oblisco was erected to honour the two Spanish sailors (conquerers) who landed here. The Independence street was created to celebrate freedom from Spanish rule. Protesters tried to stop the construction of oblisque

Casa Rosa, where the president has her office. In balcony, Peron and Evita use to give speeches to large crowds

White caps

Mothers in white caps march here regularly to demand justice for 35,000 people who disappeared in 1970´s (dictatorship government murdered many citizens)

Guitars

Quiet area where guitars are made. The building was built by Jesuits, then it because a university, now it is a craft area
