Dunedin to Nelson (the long way round) March 6th 2007 We travelled down the East Coast to Dunedin which is the South Islands 2nd city after Christchurch. Dunedin is Celctic for Edinburgh. The city has a statue of Robert Burns in the centre, echoing its foundation by Scottish settlers. October 2005 - we met, October 2006 - we jacked it all in to go travelling for 6 months!!!
