Notice the highway in the side of the picture? Why would it be elevated like that - the ground is almost flat. Perhaps it is so that the countryside is disturbed as little as possible. Or perhaps it is because of the Mafia's involvement with concrete companies, according to Scott and his conspiracy theories.

Geo: 37.7986, 12.8344Off to Segesta. I hopes it's not disappointing like Agrigento's temples. Had an amazing coconut yogurt for breakfast. Italians do it right! Met a couple from Milwaukee at Segesta (Scott and Chris). The temple was quite interesting, but my bus did not leave until 13:00, so I had lots of time to kill (3 hours).
