Beef Volcano ...

... we didn't quite know what to expect, but wanted to try something different, expecting a spicy beef dish. Had we known that it was a beef hot pot, we probably would've skipped it - a boiling cauldron of broth is not what you would normally want to eat on a 30 degree day! Our ignorance turned out to be a good thing, however, as it was quite tasty - you mix the egg yolk with the raw beef, slather some butter over the central grill portion of the pot, grill up the beef, and eat it with the wickedly-delicious broth that it is studded with a nice assortment of veggies.
