Starters at the Common Room ...

... chicken & duck liver parfait, and smoked pork riblets. The ribs were killer, fatty and salty, melt-in-your-mouth good. The parfait may not have been the perfect choice to go along with it, since we started with two good, but heavy dishes. We found the drinks weren't to our taste - homemade ginger beer and an aloe/baobab fruit juice blend.
