Snow on the peak

After taking that picture of Anne where we turned around, I turned to the left and took this one. Wheeler peak is in the distance obscured by the oncoming snow storm.

2nd Day at Great Basin NP

May 31st 2009
Geo: 38.946, -114.258 Awake early - around 5:30 but not up til around 6:00. Man does it get light early here. We are right on the Eastern edge of the Pacific time zone and sunrise this AM must have been around 5:15 - bright.
