Mt. Ida in the distance

Taken from an overlook along Trail Ridge Road just east of the Visitor Center. Mt. Ida is the peak right in the middle of the picture. The trail to the top runs from right to left. Looks like a gradual incline - but it isn't!

Geo: 40.2522, -105.823After arrival on our first day in GrandLake, we took a short hike to a pretty waterfall, Adams Falls, just to stretch our legs and get a little bit used to the altitude.
