the escalator are designed to mimic dragons whiskers, the ground floor is open public space, and no building blocks the view toward the see. All that to insure good business. Hong Kong - the north part of HK island

The north side of Hong Kong island is a new city with mainly high-rise building. District are called Central, Sheung wan and Soho. It has a little feel of NYC but doesn't have the same charisma.
