ST. SPIRIDON CATHEDRAL (sp)

is a Russian Orthodox cathedral complete with traditional onion-shaped domes and golden Orthodox crosses, is located at 400 Yale Ave. N. in the historic Cascade neighborhood abutting Downtown Seattle. The church, which was completed in 1938, is the Spiritual home to the more liberal members of the Russian community. The present building was erected following a split in the community regarding the present Russian regime.
