Cu Chi Tunnels, War Museum and Reunification Palace

Today we headed off early to visit the cu chi tunnels. This was a really interesting tour, amazing to see the ingenuity of the Vietnamese people and the ways in which they avoided detection during the war. The Sheldon Family consists of Megan and Paul who have been married for 20 years and Max who has just turned 17 and finally finished his year 11 exams. Harry turns 14 when we will be in Nah Trang and is very happy about finishing school a week early and Tom who has been carrying his wallet around filled with Vietnamese Dong for the best part of the week. We have been counting down the days on our kitchen blackboard and are very excited that our adventure begins tomorrow.
