O4 mai 2012 : Lever à 7h00 : Après le petit déjeuner nous partons dans le centre historique qui est magnifique. La restauration des bâtiments a été très bien faite et continue. Nous allons visiter ensuite la forteresse San Felipe. Toujours dans cette zone, proche de l'hôtel, nous partons manger dans un restaurant recommandé par un chauffeur de taxi, la "Casa de Socorro".
