We finally manged to get the 'to-do' list done and got the suitcases closed! Traveling for four months with only one suitcase each was perhaps the first huge challenge of the trip! The flight from Halifax to LA (via Washington Dulles) was uneventful (the way we like it!) and on the leg to LA we even were lucky enough to get seats with tons of leg room...probably the only time that will happen ... read more
