The Last of Texas
February 28th 2014 We've continued our travels through Texas with a stop in Lockhart - the BBQ capital of Texas, but we only tried 2 of the 4 BBQ places in town. Texas BBQ uses a dry rub instead of a sauce. In fact one restaurant had a sign that said if you want BBQ sauce you're in the wrong place.
