Tuesday, 16th April - Day Thirteen: now in the North Island and a trip to the magnificent Te Papa Museum in Wellington, capital of NZ, and onto Upper Hutt, a short distance, but we get lost in Wellington during the rush hour and arrive after dark. Over five years ago and 78,000 miles later, we are still so enthused about traveling through North America, that we’ll continue as long as possible. Our home is a lovely 36’ 5th wheel trailer pulled by “Rex”, our F350 one ton pick-up truck. We’ve had some amazing trips, spent months with our families who live thousands of miles apart, made wonderful friends and seen spectacular scenery from the east coast to the west.
