We arrived in Sta. Ana bus terminal around 10:00 pm and the driver informed us that the first bus to Laoag, Ilocos Norte leaves at 3:00 am. We have no choice but to wait for 5 hours at the bus terminal. Good thing we have our jackets and mosquito repellent from this awful situation.
