Arrived at Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP in Colorado on Sept 20 the weather was nice & the next day the 3 of us went on a rim hike. That night it started raining & was only raining when I checked at 3am after I went to bed it started snowing and when we got up there was 8 inches of heavy wet Snow on the ground & we had no AC power in the campground. We currently travel in our 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 27C motorhome towing a 1973 VW Beetle. We use Dish Network for our TV and a MotoSat Datastorm F1 roof mount Internet Satellite system for our internet. I installed two 120 watt solar panels, four 6 volt Golf cart batteries and a 2000 watt inverter for when we go boondocking. We like visiting and camping in National Park areas, Forest Service, BLM, State Parks and just staying out in the boonies.
