First view of Venice

Venice!! After a very early train I arrived at Venice train station extremely excited. Not only was I in Venice, a place of Romance, but I was also able to leave my backpack in Milan which meant I didn't feel like a pack horse and could enjoy it more (another of many lessons in packing lighter). After 4 and a bit years of teaching Junior Schoool Music at The Cathedral School in Townsville, while also salsa/samba dancing and horse riding in my "spare" time, I have made the decision to send all of my belongings back home to the farm, (thanks Mum and Dad) and become "homeless" (cue Paul Simon music)!
