Wild Pacific Trail Hike, fish and chips with fresh halibut

Today was a great hike along the Vancouver Island West Coast. Lots of waves and rocks and even saw a gray whale feasting on kelp. Overcast day but no rain and temps in the 60-65 range. Great hiking weather. Our hostess at the B&B dropped us off north of town at the trailhead and we hiked it back to town, had a late lunch at a place which is supposed to be the best Fish & Chips around - have ... read more
