Today I take over the blog. I think the power may just go to my head and already I am feeling slightly dizzy. An early start this morning saw us rise at 5.00 am in preparation of our bus trip to the start of the inka trail at Km82. Emma and I are climbing Machu in Peru....but just not together! Emma is doing it in 5* luxury and will meet me for the final ascent as she has had a series of mishaps in her training...... It will be the longest time we've spent together. That along with the flight and climb is going to be challenging. Not sure which part will be the most. Will we make it to the top?
