trek stop, san ignacio

we left caye caulker to head inland to western belize and san ignacio, near the guatemalan border. we spent 2 spider filled nights in this jungle cabin filled place but it was actually kinda cool. forgot to get a picture of our little cabin so this random jungle type shot of the dining area in the distance will have to do.

Claire: Caye Caulker: We left Playa del Carmen and traveled 8 hours south and across the border into Belize. From Belize City we took a quick and bumpy water taxi out to the tiny Caribbean island of Caye caulker, a few miles of the Belizean coast.
