1st April 2012 Sunday. Departed Folkestone and proceeded to Channel Tunnel (7 miles) – all electronic check in – car registration recognition. We were the last vehicle on the shuttle and arrived in France on time. Arrived at La Bien Assise at Guines by 1.30pm (French time). Set up and walked, then sat in glorious sunshine.
